CBIRS provides technical/clinical support to area organizations working with individuals with neurocognitive-behavioral disabilities. These services are provided in the disabled individuals necessary environments in order to achieve maximum generalization of selected accommodations.

School systems-Behavior plan development-general information and individual specific, staff training, and Individualized Education Plan assistance.
State of Michigan-Provide crisis intervention to job-in-jeopardy situations specializing in cognitive and behavioral accommodations and employer education related to neuropsychological disability issues. Individual counseling directed toward preparing individuals for placement and supporting the durability of the placement.
Long term disability insurer - The development and implementation of return to work plans for individuals who have sustained neuro-cognitive-behavioral disabilities and receive long term disability benefits.
